Effects enhance the overall look and feel of your project. They add depth, atmosphere, and dynamic movement to your visuals. Each effect offers unique stylistic possibilities to elevate your design.
You can apply effects to any shape (including vector shapes), image, text, frame or graphic. You cannot apply them to Symbol instances or groups.
To add an effect, click on the Effects section header in the Inspector, then choose an effect type from the menu.
Applying lots of blurs (or large blurs) can cause the Mac app to slow down, as they require a lot of memory and processing power to render them.
