If you have an expired Mac-only license
You can switch to a subscription at any time, just follow these steps:
- Open your web browser and sign in to Sketch. If you don’t have an account, create one for free here and get started with your Workspace.
- Click on the Settings icon at the top of the left sidebar, then click on Billing.
- Click on the Set Up a Subscription button
- Choose a subscription plan (monthly or yearly)
- Continue to payment to complete the purchase, and you’re all set!
Once you switch to a subscription, there is no need to use your license key or renew your Mac-only license. Instead, you use the email and password you created in Step 1 to access Sketch.
If you used Sketch with a Mac-only license before, you must unlink it. Launch the Mac app, head to Sketch > Settings from the menu bar, navigate to the Account tab, and select Unlink Device. Alternatively, access License Admin and remove all devices using the Unlink option.
